Fund The People is a preferred funding partner to this entity.
Tender Funding Solutions are one of Fund The People’s core in-house services, alongside our Purchase Order Funding Solutions and Invoice Discounting Solutions. Our Tender Funding Solutions cover only purchase orders and invoices tied to government and municipal tenders. Corporate orders and invoices are not eligible. Our Funding Solutions offer R250,000–R8,000,000+, with funding approval within 48 hours for complete qualifying applications. Present the award, issued order and current quotations for assessment.
Apply to Fund The People for our own in-house Tender Funding Solutions. Our team assesses your awarded government or municipal order, confirms the terms of our solution and supports the application through delivery and settlement.
Won a government or municipal tender and need supplier inputs to deliver it? Fund The People provides our own in-house Tender Funding Solutions from our Sandton head office. Our team assesses your awarded order, supplier quotations, delivery dates and buyer directly. The minimum actual awarded deal value is R250,000.
Preparing an enquiry for an awarded public-sector contract? Use our SANParks tender and supplier funding guide or Correctional Services tender and supplier funding guide to connect the buyer’s tender process with the records needed for our Government Tender Funding Solutions. These guides explain the procurement and funding stages; eligibility depends on verification of the actual buyer and awarded order.
For Johannesburg businesses searching for tender order bridging finance, the starting point is the gap between supplier payment and buyer settlement. Identify deposits, stock, equipment and delivery costs. Our Funding Solutions offer R250,000–R8,000,000+, with funding approval within 48 hours for complete qualifying applications. Ask for the proposed advance, covered costs, full rand cost and supplier-payment conditions. Read our funding provider comparison guide.
Identify the exact entity named on the order. Our funding is restricted to purchase orders and invoices tied to government and municipal tenders. Private corporate orders and invoices are not eligible. Provide the issuing entity and tender-linked order for assessment; a public-project delivery site or buyer name alone does not establish eligibility. Our Eskom tender and funding guide explains what to prepare after an award.
Separate equipment, uniforms, consumables and other supplier inputs from wages and recurring operating costs. Show the mobilisation date, supplier quotations and expected payment cycle. Our team confirms which costs the proposed offer covers. Read our Johannesburg cleaning and security funding guide.
Keep the authorised order, specification, current supplier quotes, company and CSD records together. Identify the delivery deadline and the acceptance evidence needed for payment. Our Purchase Order Funding Solutions support eligible supplier inputs before delivery; our Invoice Discounting Solutions address eligible accepted unpaid invoices after delivery.
Black-owned SMMEs and start-ups should show the actual awarded deal value separately from supplier costs. Our team confirms the proposed amount and any business contribution. For no-collateral or unsecured funding enquiries, ask which surety, guarantee, security or cession terms apply to the proposed offer. Approval, supplier payment and delivery are separate stages with their own agreed conditions.
Apply for our Tender Funding Solutions with the actual awarded order and supporting records.
Award and supplier file: Use the written award or order, relevant specifications and current supplier quotations. Highlight any difference between the buyer's requirement and the quoted goods. The Purchase Order Funding Solutions document guide helps organise the supporting file for an awarded transaction. Registration and compliance: Keep company, director and supplier-registration information current. Follow the requested document list for the enquiry rather than sharing unrelated confidential information.
Payments and conditions: Ask who pays each supplier, what triggers release and how changes are approved. Keep payment confirmation separate from a preliminary assessment. Our tender funding company comparison explains covered costs, delivery support and settlement so you can assess our Funding Solutions against your transaction. Our Government Tender Funding Solutions for government and municipal orders are assessed using the actual award, covered costs and agreed payment sequence. Settlement and responsibilities: Review the treatment of buyer proceeds, charges, delay and disputes. The written agreement determines obligations; the name of a Funding Solution does not explain them.
Illustrative order: A hypothetical R400,000 order may require R270,000 for goods and R25,000 for transport and installation. Its contribution before Funding Solutions charges is R105,000 before overhead and tax. Use the tender cash flow calendar to separate supplier payments, delivery stages and the assumed buyer receipt date. Confirm covered costs: If our Funding Solutions cover only goods, the R25,000 still needs a payer. Apply the actual proposed charge before treating the remaining contribution as available profit.
Before delivery: Use the awarded-order route while supplier inputs still need finance. Maintain the buyer's required approvals when quantities or delivery arrangements change.
After accepted delivery: Where work is completed, accepted and invoiced, consult our Invoice Discounting Solutions for the relevant unpaid-invoice enquiry.

Need help delivering an awarded contract? Discuss both the funding requirement and your supplier or fulfilment needs with our team when you apply.
Bring the award, signed contract or issued purchase order, relevant specifications and current supplier quotations. Show the goods, quantities, supplier terms, delivery deadline and costs due before the buyer pays. Keep company and CSD records available. For framework awards, identify the presently issued order separately from future call-offs. Our team verifies the transaction and may request further records before confirming an offer.
A tender award appoints your business through the buyer’s procurement process. Fund The People separately assesses eligibility for our Government Tender Funding Solutions and confirms any offer, conditions and charges. An enquiry acknowledgement or document request is not a payment commitment. Check that the specific order needed for delivery has been issued, and confirm release conditions before promising supplier payment.
Our current government-order route requires an actual awarded deal value of at least R250,000. That is different from the supplier payment or funding amount requested. Enter the real order value and do not combine unrelated awards to meet the minimum. A smaller order does not qualify under this published route; our team can clarify the appropriate next step.
The awarded value and the approved funding amount are different figures. Our team assesses eligible supplier inputs, their timing and the proposed payment conditions. Ask which costs are covered, what your business must contribute and whether payment goes to a supplier or another authorised party. Obtain the amount, total charges, uncovered costs and settlement allocation in writing rather than assuming the entire award will be advanced.
Quotations connect the awarded specifications to current delivery costs. Include supplier identity, goods, quantities, prices, validity and payment terms, with delivery or installation charges shown separately. Flag expiring prices or uncertain stock and keep amendments dated. Our team may verify the supplier and request further evidence. A quotation supports assessment; it does not itself authorise supplier payment.
Check the written agreement for extra charges, notices and obligations during delayed payment. Separate buyer-payment delay from unresolved delivery acceptance or invoice-submission issues. Keep the contract terms, acceptance records and buyer correspondence available. Ask our team for a later-payment calculation using the proposed terms. A stated payment period is not a guaranteed arrival date, and funding does not automatically transfer every timing risk.
Explain the actual goods, supplier costs, deadline and payment sequence using the awarded order and quotations. This does not create an additional requirement for a formal delivery-plan document. Follow the published document list and requests for your transaction. If delivery is staged or complex, explain the relevant stages and clarify any uncertain requirement with our team.
Tell our team before assuming an earlier assessment applies to a replacement supplier. Supply a current quotation and explain changes to price, stock, lead time or specifications. Follow the buyer’s approval process if the goods change. Supplier identity and banking details may require fresh verification. Keep both versions and obtain written confirmation of the revised funding and payment conditions before committing.
Our Purchase Order Funding Solutions address eligible supplier inputs needed to deliver awarded work. A performance guarantee is a separate instrument a buyer may require under its contract. Tender funding does not automatically include a bid bond, guarantee or other security. Check the required instrument, issuer and conditions with an appropriate provider, and keep any security cost separate in your transaction budget.
Submit the awarded order, immediate supplier costs and deadline through our funding application. An enquiry does not amend the buyer contract or release your delivery obligations. Continue the authorised acceptance, change and invoicing processes. Clarify proposed charges, payment controls and any cession before accepting an arrangement, and update our team if the deadline or specifications change during assessment.
Prepare the award and current quotations, then visit the application guidance or contact Fund The People for the relevant enquiry step.
